Hi. I’m Gina.
Back home, I run a kitchen that regularly catches fire, feeds a raccoon named Muffin who has strong opinions about seasoning, and occasionally gets interrupted mid-recipe by whatever chaos my family’s cooked up over at Choice1-3D. If you know, you know.
But I’ve always believed the best stories aren’t just about what’s on the plate — they’re about where it came from, who taught someone to make it, and what it means when they hand you the recipe like it’s a piece of them. So I packed a bag, grabbed my passport, and started going to find those stories in person. One country, one dish, one ridiculous travel mishap at a time.
This is where I write it all down — the food, the people, the places, and whatever went hilariously sideways along the way. Some stories come with a full recipe you can actually cook at home (those live over on Gina’s Kitchen, so bookmark that too). Others are just here for the ride.
Pack light. Show up hungry. Let’s go.
